Job Specification

Education Level: Master
Experience Required: More than 3 years

Other Specification

  • Candidate should have completed masters in Business Administration or Equivalent
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in management, administration or human resources
  •  Prior Exposure in Service Sector Institutions highly preferred

Job Description

  • Supervise the timely implementation of activities and track the progress against the plan
  • Ensure timely completion of planned activities, within the planned budget and compliance with Quality parameter
  • Assess the deviation/variation of practices in relation to the policies and collaborate with different Departments, Sections and Units
  • Document good practices in the existing system that requires continuity and also the practices that need updating
  • Provide guidance and ensure effective program operations delivery of Department and Section Head by assessing and developing strategies to enhance their skills
  • Supervise performance goal, periodic performance review and evaluation of Section Heads, and recommend for new role or promotion or professional development or termination in accordance with the policy
  • Supervise and ensure smooth operation of physical facilities and utilities including their services and qualities in the college premises in coordination with different departments, sections and units
  • Coordinate and guide the units and sections of the college : HR, administration, Security, Front Desk, Stores, Procurement, Lab Support, Housekeeping, cafeteria and others.Liaise with academic support units : Exams, Lab and Library for their smooth operation
  • Maintain smooth local liaison, student affairs, academic events and outdoor activities. Collaborate with legal, administrative and regulatory bodies for college purposes

Job Specification

Education Level: Master
Experience Required: More than or equals to 1 year

Other Specification

  • Candidate should have complete masters in Business Administration or Equivalent
  •  At least 1 years of professional experience in office administration, inventory management, order processing or other commercial roles is highly encouraged
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Nepali and English
  • Attention to details
  • Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus

Job Description

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Book meeting rooms as required
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Schedule in-house and external events
  • Supervise and ensure smooth operation of physical facilities and utilities including their services and qualities in the college premises in coordination with different departments, sections and units
  • Work under Senior Administrator officer and coordinate and guide the units and sections of the college: Administration, Security, Front Desk, Stores, Procurement, Lab Support, Housekeeping, cafeteria and others.
