Kathford lays a strong emphasis on extra-curricular activities to ensure overall development of a student's personality. College promotes students interest and participation in social, cultural and sporting activities through various forums. Such forums publish newsletter, bulletin, and souvenir and organize wide-range of extra-curricular events like blood donation, talk programs, seminar, conference, workshop, field visit and sports.

Internship

Internship is vital for students to gain real-world experience and make business contacts. The rigorous and intensive internship programs equip students with what the modern outstanding companies look for in their employees. During the internship, students synthesize materials, enhance leadership ability, and strengthen communication skills. Often, the internship program becomes the deciding factor in getting the job.

Scholarship & Award

Scholarship will be awarded to the deserving student based on aggregate score of plus-two/ PCL marks, entrance marks and interview.

Evaluation and Grading

The academic performance of the students is evaluated through continuous In-semester assessments and a semester-end examination. The continuous In-semester assessments of the students will be made by the concerned faculty members in any or a combination of i) Mid-Term, ii) Quizzes and oral tests, iii) Assignments, iv) Project works, v) Case studies, analyses and discussion, vi) Classroom attendance and participation , and vii) Any other test deemed suitable by the concerned faculty member.
